Need a quiet space to get things done? Our Business Focus Cubical offers a dedicated, distraction-free workspace inside the Ann Grace Hub's business incubator. Each cubicle includes a comfy chair, large screens for extended work, and privacy panels so you can focus. Perfect for entrepreneurs, remote workers, or anyone who can’t work from home but still needs to grind.

While Business Focus Cubicles are sectioned off for privacy, please note that there may be ambient noise from nearby crafters, staff, and other community members. All workspaces are ADA accessible. Scheduling is subject to change if the room is reserved for large organizations or events. In such cases, affected bookings will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

Mission Impact
To ensure sustainability and fairness for all members, materials provided by Ann Grace Hub must be used on-site and solely for projects conducted within the facility.
We ask that all members use materials mindfully and avoid unnecessary waste. Excessive use or repeated misuse of shared supplies may result in material usage limits, additional fees, or restricted access at the discretion of floor staff.
Taking materials off-site is not permitted unless otherwise stated in writing by Ann Grace Hub leadership or as part of a designated take-home kit.
Our floor staff is authorized to make case-by-case decisions regarding material usage and may intervene if:

A member is using an unusually large quantity of a shared resource
-
Materials are being stockpiled, wasted, or removed from the premises without approval
-
Site resources are being depleted in a way that impacts other users
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful, creative, and resource-conscious environment for all.
Materials Use & Waste Policy
Ann Grace Hub memberships are eligible for household add-ons based on shared residential address. Members may add up to four additional individuals to their membership account, with a maximum total of five people per membership (including the primary member).
Add-On Rates:

$25 per additional adult (18 years and older)
-
$15 per additional minor (under 18 years old)
-
$5 per additional foster youth, with valid proof of foster status
Proof of shared address (e.g., utility bill, lease, or ID) is required for all add-ons. Foster youth discounts require documentation from a licensed agency or official paperwork.
Ann Grace Hub reserves the right to request updated documentation and may revoke add-on access if eligibility requirements are no longer met.
Household Add-On Disclaimer
For the safety of all participants, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a supervisor while using the facilities at Ann Grace Hub.
The designated supervisor does not need to be an adult but must be at least 16 years old and capable of responsibly overseeing the child during their visit.
Supervisors may be required to present a valid photo ID or other form of age verification upon request by staff.
Ann Grace Hub reserves the right to deny access or request additional supervision if safety or conduct concerns arise.
Child Supervision Disclaimer
Memberships at Ann Grace Hub do not include specialty materials. While standard tools and basic supplies may be provided or available for purchase, select specialty materials will be sold separately and clearly labeled with individual pricing.
Specialty materials may include but are not limited to:

Limited-quantity or rare fabrics

Real gemstones or semi-precious stones
-
Specialty woods, metals, or other high-value crafting components
-
Unique one-time inventory items unlikely to be restocked
These materials are offered in limited supply and are not covered under any membership tier. Members are encouraged to review pricing and availability before use.

Ann Grace Hub is a registered nonprofit organization. In many cases, payments made to nonprofit organizations—such as membership fees, donations, or purchases—may be tax-deductible under IRS regulations. However, the deductibility of any payment depends on what is received in exchange and your specific tax situation.
We encourage all members and donors to consult with a qualified tax advisor or accountant to determine whether any portion of your membership fee or contribution qualifies as a tax-deductible expense under IRS Publication 526 and Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
