Add an additional foster youth to a membership, up to a maximum of 5 people per membership (including primary member).

Person(s) must belong to the primary member's household. Proof of shared address (e.g. utility bill, lease, or ID) is required for all add-ons. Foster youth discounts require documentation from a licensed agency or official paperwork.
