The XChange's vision is to provide services and resources to the needy community that will
meet basic needs, to improve their quality of life so they can give back to the community.
This is a place to share information about resources nonprofits can use in your area. If you have any resources you would like to share, please use the Contact page to let us know and we'll put it in the database. And, if the resource is no longer available or the website link does not work or help, please let us know that as well.
